Job Description:
Primary Responsibilities:
- Ensure no SHE incidents in work activities or project
- Ensure that project QA/QC requirements are met
- Manage work activities to ensure cost / schedule targets are met
- Steward the project costs versus a Control Budget while adhering to all controls established for this position as per CIMS approved guidelines
Duties:
- Assist with development, maintenance and progression of cost estimates
- Assist with project cost structure and budget development
- Accountable for cost stewardship including reporting of committed, incurred and forecasted amounts
- Actively manage contractor costs
- Prepare cost updates to align with management reporting requirements (weekly and monthly)
- Support Client's financial reporting requirements related to Projects
- Other duties to ensure the success of the Projects team
Deliverables:
- Weekly / Monthly Cost Reports
- Stewardship Updates
- MOC Status Reports
Interface Responsibilities:
- Primary budget interface role between Engineering, Procurement and Construction departments.
Qualifications:
Qualifications / Experience:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel / Access focus)
- Technical background (Engineering degree preferred)
- Past experience in PMT roles
- Knowledge of project management activities
- Familiar with SAP R3
- 10+ years Offshore Oil and Gas Industry experience
