Job Description:

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Ensure no SHE incidents in work activities or project
  • Ensure that project QA/QC requirements are met
  • Manage work activities to ensure cost / schedule targets are met
  • Ensure all work and project planning activities are executed with the integrity of safety, health and environmental safeguards
  • Manage overall project schedules, prepare progress indicators and work with Sub-contractors in order to execute the project plan in a Safe, Timely and Cost efficient manner.

Duties:

  • Develop, maintain and progress project schedule
  • Establish project progress reporting system.
  • Actively manage contractor schedules and reporting of progress that allows any mitigation or improvement actions to be initiated or taken at the most effective time.
  • Prepare schedule updates and progress indicators to align with management reporting requirements (weekly and monthly)
  • Other duties to ensure the success of the Projects team

Deliverables:

  • Various schedule and progress indicators on a weekly and monthly basis or as dictated by project management

Interface Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all members of the PMT, together with supporting disciplines, are kept informed of overall project schedule requirements and/or problems arising within the project.
  • Maintain relationship with main contractor / sub-contractors.

 

Qualifications:

Qualifications / Experience:

  • Advanced knowledge of Primavera Planning/Scheduling software
  • Experience in the efficient, accurate, preparation and maintenance of all levels of integrated schedules, progress reports, and management aids.
  • Technical background (Engineering degree preferred)
  • Past experience in PMT roles
  • Knowledge of project management activities
  • 10+ years Offshore Oil and Gas Industry experience
