• Demonstrated ability to develop budgets and staffing levels to build a high performance, multi functional team with expertise necessary to achieve project objectives.
• Demonstrated ability in ensuring that design work is integrated and compatible with the technologies involved and with construction and operating requirements.
• Ability to coordinate with Head of Departments in meeting Engineering support requirements
• Ability to provide appropriate support for project activities including procurement, construction and commissioning activities form design support standpoint.
• Ensure that safe, optimized, complete and cost effective design and engineering work for all Proposals in accordance with client, basic and detailed engineering is delivered for all projects in compliance with agreed contract scope; (including any design meetings, reports, conferences) in line with Proposals/ Project execution schedules.
• Ensure that engineering for proposals and projects is delivered promptly and smoothly, through effective interface mechanisms to manage engineering information exchange with process engineering companies, vendors, subcontractors and clients.
• Ensure that cost effective and correct engineering is accepted from upstream engineering companies by means of reviews, correct specification of scope, and technical terms of reference.
• Demonstrated ability of leading HAZOP. Knowledge of environmental impact assessment process and permitting process.

Qualifications:

     • Degree in Chemical, Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from a reputed/ recognized University
     • Total Experience: +15 years, Oil & Gas: 5 to 7 years (Preferably), Project Organization: 3 to 5 years,
        Contracting: 2 years.
     • Lead role experience for oil and gas or major EPC project management with background in the design of
        process units and integration of those units.
     • Substantial experience of Project Management
     • Extensive experience of Process & Engineering Design
     • Experience in providing leadership during FEED, detailed engineering and construction phase of the project for
        all engineering disciplines.
     • Experience in planning organizing and coordinating the activities of multidiscipline owners and Subject Matter
        Experts.
     • Knowledge of EPC contractor workflow.
