ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Advises and informs Project Manager on Quality issues, status and metrics.
• Worldwide experience with contractors and vendors
• Develops and coordinates Project Audit Schedule, conduct site audits within sub-projects and assist PQM in conduct of project audits, as needed.
• Perform scheduled periodic Assessments of the Contractor's activities in order to evaluate and monitor implementation of Contractor’s quality management systems.
• Monitor, investigate, identify and raises subproject quality issues to the Project Team.
• Provide PT Quality training as stipulated in the Project Quality Plan and as required.
• Promote Quality awareness throughout the Project.
• Review contractors quality audit schedule, monitor contractor’s audit program, and participate in selected audits
• Review and approve contractor’s quality organizations.
• Interview contractor’s key QA staff and monitoring their performance
• Review contractor’s standard contract and purchase order quality requirements language.
• Review and approval of EPC contractor’s Quality Plan and Inspection and Test Plans (ITP's)
• Monitor and audit implementation of PT Construction Surveillance Programs
• Participate in review of any proposed sub-contractors or suppliers not on approved bidders list
• Review Quality Plan of suppliers of critical equipment / material
• Ensure contractor is performing quality reporting per the contract
• Review and, when necessary, assist in development of the Quality portion of site close-out reports
• Ensure previous lessons learned are reviewed and that new lessons learned are identified.

Qualifications:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

      • Minimum 10 years of experience associated with Quality Management in Quality Assurance and Quality
        Control, oordination of quality activities within Engineering, Construction, Commissioning and Start-up
        projects of various facilities in the Oil and Gas Industry.
      • Minimum 5 years experience in management of project quality systems.
