DESCRIPTION
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Civil / Structural Engineer
representing the owner for FEED design oversight of a team of engineers
across a work scope which includes site - works, foundations, structural
steel, buildings, civil services and drainage for a Gas
Conditioning Plant, Industrial Park, and permanent
Operations Camp.
Qualifications:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor or Masters of Science degree in Civil and Structural Engineering, or equivalent
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
10 Years of closely related professional engineering experience, 5+ years of which should be at a Senior Civil or Structural Engineer Level.
Broad and extensive knowledge of Civil design standards, specifications codes and appropriate safety criteria.
Seismic design experience in the Oil and gas industry is preferred.
Office and field experience with major onshore hydrocarbon process plant facilities is essential.
Read, write and speak fluent English, especially as required to function effectively within a project team and to communicate with project management, contractors, and sub-contractors.
