Job Description:
This is a newly created position to help with the growth of our company both nationwide and internationally. Our deadline is flexible, but we are seeking a specific individual with the following attributes:
Job Description in Brief:
• Administrate monthly payroll both locally, nationally and internationally using various accounting softwares.
• Ensure payroll slips are delivered to office and project staff in a timely manner
• Interface with benefits coordinator and ensure compliance
• Interact with employees on payroll matters
• Ensure ROEs, T4s and all other statutory payroll requirements are met both provincially, nationally and
internationally.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies both locally and internationally
• Assist with Accounts payable and Accounts receivable as needed
• Assist with administration of employment agreements and contracts as needed.
Qualifications:
Qualifications in brief:
• Team player with great analytical skills a must
• Demonstrated Organization skills a must
• Pro-active Self starter with desire to find creative solutions to international issues
• Experience with various payroll and accounting software an asset
• Experience with International business and payroll an asset
• Experience in human resources an asset

Post Secondary education in Commerce or Accounting designation an asset.
